BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 3 
1 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded
1 sm. pkg. chopped broccoli
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain off water. Place stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish, toss with melted butter. Mix all ingredients together and add broccoli last. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Bake, covered.
