6 pork chops
1 lg. bottle Catalina dressing
2 tsp. oil
Salt and pepper

Put oil in frying pan. Brown pork chops on both sides. Mix 1/4 cup water with Catalina. Pour over pork chops and simmer until rest of meal is ready.
