2 pkgs. dried beef
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. chives
Wax paper

Lay out chipped beef in a circle on waxed paper. Mix all ingredients. Chop the remainder of beef and add to mixture. Roll into a ball. Place in the leaf of chipped beef. Wrap beef around the sides of the ball.
