CHIPPED BEEF AND OLIVE CHEESE
BALL
 
1 tsp. dried minced onions
1 tsp. dry cooking sherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. smoked chipped beef (3 or 4 oz.)
1/4 c. chopped olives with pimento

Soak dried onions in sherry. Chop beef into small pieces. Chop olives. Blend all ingredients with mixer. Roll into a ball and refrigerate.

This may be made several days ahead of entertaining. Flavors blend better if stored at least a day ahead of using. Serve with crackers.
