CHICKEN SUPREMO 
Chicken breasts
Cajun Magic
1/4 c. dry white wine
Pinch of nutmeg
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
Butter

Spray a shallow casserole with oil. Skin and bone chicken breasts. Season chicken with Cajun Magic and arrange in a single layer in casserole. Add wine and nutmeg. Spread mushrooms over chicken, keeping separated in servings. Blend cheese and bread crumbs and sprinkle on each piece. Dot with butter and bake uncovered in 375 degree pre-heated oven for about 30 minutes or until chicken is done and slightly brown.
