RAISIN - FILLED COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
3 eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sour milk

Mix and knead. Chill 2 hours or longer before using. Roll very thin and cut with small biscuit cutter. Put filling between and crimp edge with fork. Bake 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

FILLING:

1 box seedless raisins
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. flour

Mix the raisins and flour together. Cool until thick. Cool before using.
