CHEESY GRITS 
1 1/2 cups of uncooked, regular grits
1/2 cup butter
3 cups of shredded medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. paprika, divided
3 eggs, well beaten

Cook grits according to package directions. Add butter and cheese. Stir until melted. Add worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp. of paprika, mixing well. Add a small amount of grits mixture to eggs, stirring well. Stir eggs mixture into remaining grits mixture. Pour into a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tsp. of paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 325. Remove grits from fridge 15 minutes before baking.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
