BARBEQUED SPARE RIBS 
SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
3 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water

Bring sauce to a boil a few minutes. Pour over ribs. May have to baste several times.

Cut ribs, place meaty side up in a small cake pan, side by side. Slice onion medium to large on ribs. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons lemon juice on roast 30 minutes in a 450 degree oven. Pour lard off ribs and pour on boiled sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
