BROCCOLI CREAM SOUP 
CREAM SOUP:

1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk

BROCCOLI SOUP:

2 c. frozen broccoli cut, cooked, drained or 2 c. fresh broccoli cuts, cooked, drained
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 recipe Cream Soup (see above)

In medium saucepan, stir broccoli, lemon juice, and garlic powder into cream soup. Heat gently, stirring frequently. Do not boil. 4 (1 cup) servings.
