BREAD STUFFING (TURKEY) 
2 lg. loaves bread, cubed
5 chopped large onions
6 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. celery seed
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 lb. butter
2 eggs

Melt butter in large pot. Spray pot with cooking spray before cooking; add chopped onions and celery to butter, cook until tender. Add celery seed, poultry seasoning and parsley flakes; stir. Add bread slowly and stir. After all of the bread is added, add just enough hot water to moisten bread, do not make bread soggy; cool, when bread is cooled add 2 raw eggs and mix thoroughly. Ready to stuff chicken or turkey.
