2 c. corn bread crumbs
6 c. bread cubes
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 c. butter or turkey fat
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. turkey stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together well. Stuff turkey before baking or bake on side.
