PEPPERONI BREAD 
Rich frozen bread loaves
Pepperoni (sliced)
Mozzarella cheese
Beat egg whites with water
Flour

Thaw out bread according to the directions. Let rise a little. Roll onto floured table into rectangle shape. Coat dough with egg whites and water. Lay cheese on dough to cover then a layer of pepperoni. Roll lengthwise into a roll. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes (turn halfway through) on a greased cookie sheet. Can be made early and heat in microwave or toaster oven. Slice into bread pieces.

May substitute ham and American cheese.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
