CRANBERRY/FRUIT SALAD MOLD 
6 oz. pkg. black cherry Jello
2 c. hot water

Mix and dissolve Jello; set aside

Using meat grinder, finely grind following ingredients:

1/2 bag cranberries
1 tart apple with peeling, cored and quartered
1 orange, peeled
Few nuts
3 soda crackers (to clean grinder out; also gives a little salt flavor)

Stir 3/4 cup sugar and 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice into fruit mixture and let stand 15 minutes. Add 3/4 cup halved grapes and mix into Jello mixture; pour into oiled mold and let set.
