MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD | |
2 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello 1 qt. boiling water 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce 1 c. cold water 1 can crushed pineapple (undrained) 1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Break up and stir in cranberry sauce. Mix well. Stir in cold water; mix well. Chill until partially set. Fold in pineapple with liquid and oranges. Coat a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray. Chill until firm, about 4 hours. |
