LOW FAT ICE MILK 
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 c. powdered milk
3 c. water
1 can evaporated milk (1 3/4 c.)
1 tbsp. gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water, add hot water to make 1 c.
2 tbsp. vanilla

Refrigerate canned milk overnight. Mix remaining ingredients and freeze in trays. Beat evaporated milk until fluffy. Gradually add frozen mixture that has been scraped into bowl. Beat and return to freezer. (Handed down from Sally Reinecke.)
