PINEAPPLE DRESSING | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 5 slices fresh white bread crumbs Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each one. Fold in the pineapple and bread crumbs. Bake in a greased (use butter) casserole, covered, in a 350 degree oven for one hour. An old-time favorite -- great as an accompaniment to ham or as a dessert! |
