PINEAPPLE DRESSING 
1 stick butter (no butter)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple
6 slices bread, cubed

Beat butter and sugar with mixer until creamy. Beat eggs in separate dish until frothy. Add to creamed mixture and beat well. Add pineapple and fold in bread cubes. Bake in uncovered casserole at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes until brown and bubbly.
