CHILI 
1 med. onion, minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. minced celery
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
3 (16 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

In Dutch oven, brown meat, onions, green pepper and celery. Drain off any meat drippings. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Simmer 30 minutes.
