CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 whole chicken, cooked & deboned
1 good size onion
1 good size green pepper
1 c. chopped celery
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. thin spaghetti
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Dash of paprika
1 sm. can water chestnuts

Saute onions, celery and green pepper in 1/2 stick of butter. Add mushrooms, pimentos, 2 cans of soup, cheese, salt, pepper and cooked chicken. I cook the spaghetti in the broth where I cooked the chicken. Do not add the liquid to the other mixture, just lift the spaghetti out when done. Add spaghetti to the cheese mixture.
