CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped walnuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together 1 1/2 cups flour and 1 1/2 sticks butter. Add 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts. Press in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes, cool completely.

FIRST LAYER: Mix 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar, add 9 oz. Cool Whip. Spread onto crust.

SECOND LAYER: Mix 2 small packages instant chocolate pudding, 3 cup cold milk and 3/4 cup sugar. Spoon, do not pour onto first layer. Refrigerate 30 minutes to set pudding.

THIRD LAYER: Spread on a layer of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate or freeze. If frozen, take out, cut and place on serving dishes 15 minutes before serving.
