CHOCOLATE PUDDING DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped nuts
Dash of salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (3 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together flour, butter, nuts and salt. Press into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 package whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust.

Mix pudding and milk together until slightly thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Spread remaining whipped topping over chocolate layer and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Chill overnight.
