MAYONNAISE 
6 tsp. egg replacer
4 tbsp. water
1/2 env. Equal
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. canola oil

Beat egg replacer and water until peaks. Add remaining ingredients slowly one at a time, beating continuously. Add oil a teaspoon at a time. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
