PIE CHERRY CAKE 
1 white cake mix
2 c. pie cherries, drained (save juice)
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. tapioca

Mix cake according to package directions. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Drain juice from canned cherries. Add water to make 2 cups juice. Spoon cherries on cake.

Mix juice with sugar and tapioca. Heat to boiling and pour over cherries on cake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cherries will go to bottom. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream topping.
