CHOCOLATE CRINKLES (FOR THE
KIDS)
 
1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
Confectioners' sugar

Mix oil, melted chocolate, and sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to chocolate mixture. Chill for several hours or overnight. Drop by teaspoonfuls of chilled dough into 4X sugar. Roll in sugar. Shape into balls. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Do not over bake.
