MOM'S BUTTERMILK PANCAKES 
2 heaping c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
3 lg. eggs
Buttermilk (enough to thickness desired)

Mix all ingredients together. Fry on pancake griddle. Better if marinated overnight and eaten the next day.
