COOKIE PIE 
3 egg whites & pinch salt beaten to soft peaks
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. finely crushed chocolate wafer crumbs
1 c. whipping cream, whipped & sweetened

Add sugar and vanilla gradually to egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Fold in crumbs and nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes in a greased pie pan. Cool completely. Spread top with sweetened whipped cream. Chill thoroughly 3 to 4 hours.
