REFRIGERATOR CUCUMBER PICKLES 
7 med. cucumbers, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. pickling salt
1 tbsp. each celery seed and mustard seed

Mix cucumbers and salt and let stand 1/2 hour. Drain. Stir in pepper and onions. Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over cucumbers. Store in covered container or glass jars in refrigerator. Will keep up to 3 months. Makes 3 quarts.
