KATHY'S SPICY RICE PILAF 
1 lb. hot sausage
2 bell peppers
1-1 1/2 onions
Near East Original rice pilaf
Ground cumin
Curry powder
Crushed red pepper

Cook sausage in frying pan, cover top of sausage with curry powder, also desired amount of crushed red pepper and cumin. In a saucepan, cook your rice following directions on package. When sausage is done, remove and set aside. In frying pan with curry add chopped onions and peppers and cook on low until done. Add all together when rice is done. Enjoy!
