1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 c. apricot nectar

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. If desired, top with powdered sugar mixed with enough lemon juice to make a drizzling consistency.
