CHEESE FONDUE 
10 slices bread, crust removed
3 c. grated cheese, sharp
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

Spread bread with butter and break into small pieces. Place layers of bread and layers of cheese into buttered casserole. Beat eggs with salt, mustard and milk. Pour this over the bread and cheese.

Refrigerate an hour or preferably overnight. Before baking, set out and let dish come to room temperature. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
