BROCCOLI - NUT CASSEROLE | |
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. grated sharp cheese 1 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp. onion flakes or 1 med. chopped onion 2 eggs, well-beaten 3/4 c. chopped pecans 2 c. buttered bread crumbs Cook broccoli and spinach; drain. Add soup, cheese, mayonnaise and pecans. Mix well. Add eggs and onion. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole or 2 smaller Pyrex casseroles. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead and reheated 10 minutes or so in microwave. |
