BROCCOLI - NUT CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. onion flakes or 1 med. chopped onion
2 eggs, well-beaten
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Cook broccoli and spinach; drain. Add soup, cheese, mayonnaise and pecans. Mix well. Add eggs and onion. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole or 2 smaller Pyrex casseroles. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead and reheated 10 minutes or so in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
