SALMON BALL 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon or 1 pint canned
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. ground horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt, optional

Mix above ingredients well, form into a ball and roll in ground pecans or dried parsley flakes.
