SALMON PARTY BALL 
1 (1 lb.) can or 2 c. salmon
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
3 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 c. pecans

Drain and flake salmon removing skin and bones. Combine the first 7 ingredients. Chill several hours. Roll in the pecans and parsley. Chill, serve with crackers.
