TACO PIE 
1 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco mix
1/3 c. green stuffed olives, sliced
6 slices American cheese
1 pkg. corn chips
1 c. sour cream

Brown ground beef and drain off grease. Add taco mix, water (according to taco mix) and olives. Simmer 5 minutes. Spread rolls flat in bottom of 9 inch pie pan to form crust. Cover with layer of chips. Top with meat mixture. Spread sour cream over meat. Place cheese slices over sour cream. Add more chips and bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Garnish with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and onions.
