HOT CURRY DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk

Cream all of the above. Add:

2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. Accent
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 pkg. dried beef, chopped finely
1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and place in small oven proof baking dish (lightly greased). Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. Good served with tortilla chips or corn chips. Serves 8.
