1 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or butter
1 egg, beaten
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Mix together: zucchini, soda, sugar, egg and shortening. Sift together: flour, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Stir sifted ingredients into zucchini mixture. When almost blended, stir in nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake in 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
