1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 avocado
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese

Grease plate, 10" x 1 1/2". Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie pan. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with sour cream if desired. I sprinkle with shredded lettuce and tomatoes.
