ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix eggs and oil. Add to dry ingredients, then add zucchini.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.

Icing:

1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix until smooth.
