ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
(Grated crookneck summer squash may be substituted)

Cream together mayonnaise, oil, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and sour milk. Beat together. Add flour, cocoa, spices and salt. Beat until mixed. Add grated zucchini. Blend thoroughly.

Pour into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle top with 1/4 cup (or more) chocolate chips and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
