PINTO BEANS (ELECTRIC PRESSURE
COOKER)
 
2 cups DRY pinto beans
6 cups water
1 cup chopped fresh white onion
3 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. chopped garlic
sea salt, to taste

Pour dry pinto beans in ELECTRIC pressure cooker add chopped onion, water, oregano, and garlic stir enough to mix the ingredients up. Lock lid, set for 45 minutes

Add sea salt to taste AFTER cooking the beans. Adding the salt before will cause the beans to under cook, and tends to make the beans too salty anyway.

Makes around 10 servings.
