HAWAIIAN STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, in thin strips
1 can whole mushrooms
1 can chunk pineapple with juice
1 can whole baby onions
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
2 bell peppers, thin sliced
1 lg. dash Worcestershire sauce
Oil for meat

Cook meat in hot oil until brown; add all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 hour. Serve over rice.
