SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
1 pkg. Oriental Seasoning mix for Fried Rice or Stir Fry
1 can shrimp bits (could use chicken, beef, or ham instead)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 green onions
2 eggs
2 tbsp. oil
3 c. precooked rice

Make rice according to directions and set aside. Mix the seasoning mix and soy sauce together. In a skillet over medium heat add oil then rice. Stir rice to evenly coat with oil; pour the soy sauce mix over rice and stir in.

Slice up the green onions and sprinkle into rice, stir. Add the drained water chestnuts (you could cut these into smaller portions) and stir in. Push rice over to one side of skillet. Add the 2 eggs in the cleared side of skillet and scramble; mix in with rice. Add the drained shrimp. Let it heat through on low heat until hot. Serve immediately.
