SHRIMP FRIED RICE 
10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
6 eggs
2 lbs. shrimp, cooked and peeled
Soy sauce to taste
1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
4 c. rice, cooked
Worcestershire sauce

In bacon drippings, saute onions, peppers and celery. Remove vegetables from pan. Pour off drippings and save. Scramble eggs in pan and add to bowl with vegetables. Pour drippings back in pan. Add cooked rice and stir until coated and brown. Add shrimp, bacon, vegetables and eggs to rice. Stir and add soy sauce until brown. Add Worcestershire sauce. Keep warm until served.
