ANN LANDER'S MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground round
2 eggs
1 1/2 bread crumbs
1 can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. MSG (optional)
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Ketchup (to cover loaf)

Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs, tomato sauce, MSG, water and soup mix together with fork. Shape into loaf pan. Pour ketchup over loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Ann Lander's Meat Loaf Tip: Use herbs and an acidic liquid such as lemon juice or ketchup to transform ground beef into a superb dish. I like tomatoes and thyme!
