FRESH VEGETABLE DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice or to taste
1 tsp. fines herbes
1 tsp. minced fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
Salt & freshly ground pepper
Paprika

Place unopened package of spinach on plate. Cook on high 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes until completely defrosted. Remove spinach from package and drain thoroughly; squeeze dry.

Transfer spinach to processor or mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika and blend well. Dust with paprika. Cover and refrigerate.
