VEGETABLE SQUARE 
2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. dry HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1 c. sliced, chopped carrots
1 c. chopped cauliflower

Open rolls and lay flat in bottom of a greased tart pan. Arrange rolls to completely cover pan when spread flat. Bake crust in pan at 375 degrees for 12- 15 minutes. Cool.

Beat mayonnaise, cream cheese, and Ranch mix until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Top with cheese and chopped vegetables. Refrigerate. Cut in squares to serve.
