1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin 1 2/3 cups sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs 3/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda Stir above ingredients together and pour into a 10x13-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. PUMPKIN SQUARE FROSTING: 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup (1 stick) soft butter 2 cups confectioners' sugar Cream together with mixer. |
