MEXICAN MEAT BALLS 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground lean pork
2 chopped hard boiled eggs
4 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

form into balls 1" in diameter and set aside. Mix 1 mashed clove garlic, 1/2 cup chopped onions and 1/4 cup chopped green pepper and saute in 2 tablespoons olive oil until tender. Add 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1/2 (6 oz.) can tomato paste, 2 cups water, 1 teaspoon chili powder and 1/8 teaspoon salt and simmer for 30 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour.
