BAR-B-Q RIBS 
5 lbs. spareribs

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Mix sauce together in saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Place spareribs in pan. Cover them. Bake at 400 degrees for about 2 hours. Remove cover and pour sauce over ribs. Bake 1/2 hour longer basting sauce over ribs.
