CHICKEN - MELON BOATS 
1 pt. creamy cole slaw
2 (5 1/2 oz.) cans chunk-style chicken, drained and broken up
1/2 c. strawberries (halved) or seedless grapes
1 med. cantaloupe

In a medium mixing bowl toss together cole slaw, both cans of chicken and strawberries and/or grapes. Cover and chill in freezer for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cut 1 medium cantaloupe lengthwise into 4 pieces; discard seeds. Fill each cantaloupe wedge with 1/4 of the chicken mixture. Makes 4 main dish servings.
